Therapist Credentialing

Terms

These are the terms of Therapist Credentialing. Ordering commits you to nothing and nothing is charged online. They apply once you sign the authorization in your account; we submit nothing to CAQH or to any insurer before that, and only to the insurers it names.

  1. What you authorize. You authorize Therapist Credentialing to prepare and submit, in your name, credentialing and network participation applications to the insurers listed below, to enter and update the information in your CAQH ProView profile through the access you delegate to us, to authorize those insurers to view your CAQH profile, and to contact them about your applications.
  2. What stays yours. You attest your CAQH profile yourself: attestation is your statement that the data is true, and we never make it for you. You read and sign any contract an insurer offers, and you decide on its rates. We sign nothing for you.
  3. Your information. Everything you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you tell us at once if anything changes — your license, your malpractice cover, your address. Insurers rely on it, and false information can cost you the application.
  4. No guarantee. Insurers decide who joins their networks and how fast. A panel may be closed. We do not promise that any application is approved or how long it takes; the timelines on our pages are the insurers' own published words. This is not legal advice.
  5. Fee. We invoice $450 after we have read your intake and confirmed in writing which applications we will make. If we then submit nothing, we refund it in full. The fee is for the work, not for the result: insurers decide who joins their networks.
  6. No patient information. We never ask for and you never send anything about a client. Credentialing needs your professional information only.
  7. Ending it. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by writing to us or by deleting your account. We then stop at once; an application already submitted stays with the insurer, and we tell you which ones.
